I purchased on eBay $1200 COSTCO GAS GROCERY & MERCHANDISE GIFT CERTIFICATE  on July 13, 2009.  I have followed the instructions to the letter in requesting the rebates with the original receipts:

I have not received the certificates nor have I heard back from the seller.  When I contacted eBay they referred me to PayPal for resolution.  I am trying to resolve it but I have my doubts that this will be resolved.  I am out the $ 33.00 from these people.  Beware of offers outside of a 45 day window; chances are they are a real rip-off and eBay can't help you.
