 Was buying a baseball bat for my son and found a good deal on a site called baseball-bats.us. Because I was buying a model that was a year old, I thought I was just getting a good close out deal. Too good to be true. The site seemed legitimate on a cursory glance, but I did not spend much time looking at it. It had a legitimate payment processor's logo, verified by visa etc. If I had looked at Ripoff report, I would have known this was likely a scam. The bat was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. When it had not come after 7 business days, I went back to the site, where the account page said the order was "processing". I submitted an inquiry to the customer service email address and on the site itself, but have never gotten an response from them. After another week, I sent another email and submission through the site canceling the order, but a week later I still have no response and the site still says the order is "processing". I disputed the charge, so I think I will get my money back, but beware. Stay away from this site and any baseball bat merchants that you can't validate are legitimate.
