BABC Bay Area Business Council CREDIT CARD REFERAL CO., fraudulent ripoff business, consumer rip-off fraud Largo Florida

Sounded to good to be true,first words from them was that they had me on file,and i was guaranted a $2000.00 credit card from visa/mastercard.At 6:30am (pst) you tend to just say yes and ok at one point i asked the lady for more info on the co.she told me that they were a agent of several banks related to the bay area business council and because i owned my own business i was entitled to one of these cards . Because i have a babc in the area i live i asked which bank it was and she replied that she was not sure but it was a bank i would know like (bank of america,city bank,wells fargo)at this point i asked for more info which she would have to call back and setup an appointment to answer any questions reguarding but (here it comes ) to set this up we need $289.00 deposit to hold the card in my name and to give her my account # to transfer the funds to get the card on it's way 2-3 weeks but most people have been getting their's in about 7-10 days. Well, i just said NO and have your co. call back later and we would talk .She gave me the web address to have a look at there co. guess what no address.So just beware i was saved from this hell because they called to early if they call back i will be ready for them i have friends in law enforcement and we are going to get them .thank you george west city, Oregon
