Purchased a couple security camera's, tried to set them up but had problems, tried to contact customer service via email off thier web site

3 times with no reply, put in a couple support "tickets" no reply, searched the site over and over for a phone # found nothing but an adress in NJ.

have been unable to contact anyone from the web site.

The camera's are "ok", (was told they where the same) but they are not and one, model 1970 is not even listed on the site!  we purchased model# 1960 and # 1970 at a local ross sporting goods store.

The 1960 model has an antenna and the 1970 does not, the 1970 also has a black center where as the 1960 is white, other than that they are the same?

After fooling around for days getting the wirless to finally work, the software keep's crashing and dropping off, or frezzing the screen! the software provided has issues:

some of the buttons dont work, sometimes they stick, the camera's are slow to respond, one camera works differnet than the other (direction wise) opossite movement than indicated, allot of the funtions wont respond when you change them, (they just revert to defualt settings)

So pretting irritating!! trying to make these things work! but I will say the camera's have pretty good optics and night vision,

"Beware" you need current software and required hardware to run these camera's and it takes allot of memory.

The instruction sheets provided are a joke! again no contact info etc...

had to hard wire both camera's but the software still keeps failing!

I would not recomend this product as the company wont support it and fails to provide contact info.
