Even through tuff economic times these Lenders refuse to assist and work with their customers/borrowers. I have made attempt after attempt to lower my interest rate mortages to an affordable level from over 12%. These Lenders are scupulous, unethical and fraudulent and should be tied down and responsible for their actions. The President of M & T Bank, Mark Czarnecki states in a letter to their customers that they are most highly regarded and most steadfast banks in the nation. I believe him truely as prime is now in the 5% range and I am getting charged over 12%. What a deal!!! 7% margin. How many others out there are being charged more than needed??? This is why they are steadfast. Their spread is enough to keep them solvent while us little guys stuggle and stress to keep the lights on.
I will be true to my word and never, ever trust or do business with these banks, especially Bayview Loan Servicing and Wells Fargo Bank, EVER again as I do believe they are fraudulent and the ones that made the economy the way it is today. Screwww them!!!
