Bayview Loan Servicing - Tom Rosado ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing I know all money has been paid for payoff I'm told still owe $1250.00 it is ripoff Coral Gables Florida

I refinance my home in June 2000 with a company called Home Gold and they redid mortgage with Interbay Funding and they turn it over to Bayview.

I got behind in my payment in the end of 2001 and I filed bankruptcy in 2002.

I had the idea that my mortgage company was suppose to claim all late mortgage payments and late fees. I completed paying my bankruptcy at the beginning of 2007 and I ask for a payoff statement from Bayview.

It showed that they had charge me late fees before I filed bankruptcy and all the time I was in bankruptcy even though I paid payments every month.

I have paid them $5000.00 in March 2007 and I paid $6,240.00 in May 2007.

I got a call from Tom Rosado saying I still owe $1250.00. I will pay this amount but I feel like over the years they have rip us off and we have no one to stand up for us and let them know they are wrong and they should refund us some of our money. The mortgage was due to be paid off the end of June 2007.
