B&B Parts International B & B Parts International, Dilip Krishan Accepted wire transfer and did not ship parts or return money as promised London Internet

Caution!  Do not wire money to Dilip Kirishan of B&B Parts International.  He cannot be trusted!  Dilip agreed to provide heavy equipment parts for JCB equipment.  We first sent him a small order wort a few hundred dollars.  The second order was for $5,200 and he did not complete it.  First he said that the Christmas Holiday kept him from getting the parts on time.  Next he said that the order was shipped to us but gave us two bogus tracking numbers.  He blamed the postal service.  Weeks had passed, he agreed to return the parts and refund our money.  First, he said the money would be wired back to us in a couple of days.  Three days later he said he needed 5 to 10 days to get the money back from his supplier.  He was very apologetic and said that he would make up for this mess by sending parts first and we could pay him later for our next order.  More than 10 days passed and he did not return our money.  I asked that he simply refund the money from his own account and he said he could not because he used a Factoring Company to fund his receivables. 

This man, Dilip Kirishan who claims to be an international heavy equipment parts and raw materials trader does not even have $5,200 to refund his clients money.  Apparently he is broke.  If he is not a scammer then he is incompetent and nearly bankrupt.  Don't be fooled by his pleasant voice, polite words and fake concern. 

During this process, I asked for proof that he bought the parts, receipts for the postal service, proof that the parts were returned to the supplier.  He failed to do any of these things.  The fact that he filled a small order, then ran away with the money on the second and made excuse after excuse while being so sweet in his communications leads me to believe he is a con-man.  He may not be but his actions are that of a con-artist.  If you could see the string of e-mails and knew the heavy equipment parts business, you too would believe he is running a scam.

Beware of Dilip Krishan of B & B Parts International!  He is not worth trusting him with your money!
