BBCW Distributors Talia Ortiz from BBCW Distributors Refused to provide CPC after sale Davie Florida

BBCW Distributors is an online toy and game distributor primarily used by Amazon sellers. They have a direct relationship with Mattel and Hasbro. BBCW is the only one who can request the CPC or Child Product Certifiation that certifies the item is safe from the manufacturer after you make a purchase from them. The manufacturers are not required to supply it to anyone other than the distributor and will not provide it to the consumer or retailer themselves. 

After making the purchases from BBCW, I submitted the invoice to Amazon who allowed me to sell the brands in the invoice. However, per Amazon policy, I was blocked from all toys and games until I provided a CPC. So, i reached out to BBCW with my request for one. Talia Ortiz, who handles all of the communication between me and BBCW denied me one saying, "It is too much of a hassle for us to reqyest one from the manufacturer so we do not." After taking my money and refusing to do a return or order cancelation, they refuse to give me the litttle paper that will allow me to sell the item?! This is outrageous! Horribly unprofessional at best. 

I thought because they were so experienced with Amazon and Amazon sellers, which they brag about from the moment you speak to them, they would be easy to work with. I thought because they were one of the first people on google when searching for toy distributors and the professional experienced look of the website, that things would go smoothly. I could not have been more wrong.

Amazon sellers, do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY FROM BBCW DISTRIBUTORS! They will leave you high and dry. You can not sell the products you buy from them. You will be stuck with your savings sitting in unsellable piles of boxes. And, if they can not provide a CPC, it is very fair to wonder if these are legitamite items. They could be well crafted counterfeits. China specializes in this, and if BBCW refuses a CPC it is only because they can not access one because this stuff did not come from Fisher-Price, Mattel, and Hasbro or they are too lazy and irresponsible to be a professional distributor. I guess we will never know. 

Bottom line, they will REFUSE you the documentation you will need to sell the items on Amazon.
