BBQTEK Enterprises - Perfect Flame - BBQ Grillware Waranty not Honored!! Total scam, plus they charge double ship costs!! Menlo Park California

I purchased a new Perfect Flame Grill from Lowe's in July of 2006. One of the reason's I chose this particular grill was for the warranty. The box said 10 year replacement warranty on all stainless burners. My Grill has 5 of them. all 5 of them have rusted completly out and the grill isn't working anymore. I purchased a new cover with the grill.....This cover is always on the grill when it's not in use. I didn't know stainless steel rusted. But theirs sure the hell did. I called the company and they said that burners are only under warranty if you have your original reciept. My model number for the grill is SLG2006C It was manufactured in 2006, the same year I purchased it from LOWES. but since I didn't keep the reciept the burners were only available for purchase ($110.00) plus a $30.00 shipping fee!! fricking rediculous false advertising and terrible customer service.....we speak english as the main language in the USA Their Customer service does not!!!!! Get the hell out of my country you chinese goods trading, non english speaking f***s!!!!!Come see me Knoxville and I'll show you where you can put this grill!!!!
