My situation all started out by me checking my secondary bank acct yesterday morning, to find my account $-35.04.  I pulled up the summary to find that there was a pending transaction for a whoppy $1.09 from Redbox reservation.  Now, I reserved a movie online from redbox and went to go get the movie at the location however it showed that my card wouldnt be charged because something happened with the online services.  So I rented the movie using my secondary bank account I only use for my AVON account.  There was only $3.20 in there which was enough since redbox movies are $1.09 per night. 

Well BB&T since has a pending $1.09 on the account which is why my acct went into the negative, get this 7 cents.  So now I have a fee of $70.04 because the other night of $1.09 went through my account. Im very confused because there were two $1.09 charges for the 2 night rental plus the reservation.   Well the second night rental went through after pending and charged the second late fee.  However the reservation fee is still in the pending transactions, which is why my account went into the negative in the first place.  Yes I know very confusing!!

Yesterday I called BB&T and Shanna, told me the wrong information to have Redbox fax them to get the hold release done.  It should say attention: BB&T not team leader according to the second woman I talked to at BB&T after I called to see if they received the fax.  So I called redbox back to tell them to change that which they did.  However redbox's policy is that they will not release the entire card number to the bank for the customers protection, I'm fine with that.  But there is a problem with that, Ill explain in a few. 

So last night at 4:18 I talk to Felicia at BB&T and she tells me that she just received the fax, oh I also received the wrong fax number from Shanna as well, and the system is updated every 2 hours.  I asked her exactly what will be happening, will the fees be taken off she replies yes they will and the hold will be taken off as well for the reservation fee.  Ok so at 8:30 I check the account, you guessed it fees are all still there.  My husband said well give them the night to update and check again in the morning. 

This morning there are the 2 $35 fees where the 2nd rental fee posted to my account.  I call at 8 am and speak with Joan, who tells me they havent received the fax.  I reply with yes you did, Felicia had it in her hand yesterday afternoon at 4:18pm.  She says oh yes now I see it but says well the reason why noone took care of this is because they didnt send in the right information.  She reads me the letter and said redbox didnt include team leader it says bb&t and no 16 digit card number.  So basically because it said BB&T not team leader they stopped reading the request.  That is completely insane and they have no type of customer service.  As Im explaining the situtaion to Joan she keeps interruppting me, and I request a supervisor.  She states that there is no one for me to speak with and I reply Ill wait.  She said that we cant hold someone on the phone that long!!  What kind of customer service is that??
