BBVHotBookSale.com Ripping me off -- Florida

I deal with Amazon, EBAY, Barnes & Noble & etc..   I always use my AMEX card & pay it off monthly.  March 2013,  I puchased a diet book for $27.20, evidently.     On March 20th there was another charge for 19.95 & every month since then on the 19th a  charge has appeared for $19.95.     However, the charge of $9.95 was what started my checking , & I was appalled when

 I realized it went back to March 2013.  It was a small amount, & I thought it was ok .... I'm known for being a detailed person --- but I sure let this one slip ....  The charge for $19.95 is for BBVHotBookSale.com & the charge for $9.95 is for a BestRebateBuy.com.      What can I do .....?   I talked to an Anna at BestRebate.com & she says that they can only go back for six months, for refunding.     This is almost a two year scam --:-(   .... is there anything I can do?   I feel so stupid ---
