I ordered their trial for $5.95. On the same day I received the trial I also received a 3 month supply. I had deliberately UNCHECKED the auto ship feature. I was charged $97.41. This was on March 15. I have yet to receive a credit or any indication that the company had received the return product.

The same thing happened to me. I was ripped off by burnfat2...Call Glen at the Utah department of consumer protection 801-530-6601. He is the investigator. This company has been sued by the state of Utah and has been fined big time. There are funds in place for all of us who have been stolen from......

Are you calling the right number?

I have called and gotten through to talk to a representative every single time I have called except once when I gave up because of the wait. I have heard lots of other people say they cannot get through as well. It makes me wonder if its the area you are calling from. If ripoffreport will allow me to print this.. the number is..1-866-370-7271.

Try calling different times of the day. I have noticed earlier in the day it is harder. I called yesterday about 4 PM and they answered on the first ring. Sometimes I have waited for a representative. The first time I called them it was like 9 PM mst at night and they picked up within about 2 minutes. You can get through to them. Please don't get up. And leaving a voice mail or email will not cancel you. They will just tell you they have no record of you calling. You have to get that cancellation number from them.

If there is anything else I can help you with let me know. I am a victim also. If you are on hold for longer than 15 minutes I would hang up and try another time of the day.

Last evening I spent an hour and fifteen minutes on hold with their customer service line. Every time my call came up first in line I was transferred to a line with a busy signal. I tried this twice and the same thing happened.

I was never able to talk with a rep. I sent e-mail cancelling the auto-ship featureand told them, as a disabled parent whose only child is serving in OPeration Iraqi Freedom, this probably wasn't the best time to make me angry. I would be more than happy to speak with the media and the Indiana Attorney General's Office for Consumer Affairs, the Better Business bureau, the FCC and the postal service since they are using the USPS to perpetrate fraud.

I was actually on the phone today and was told by a agent that if you do not return the product in a trackable manner they will not refund. Hey it may cost a few dollars to return it, but it's going to be alot cheaper than $100.00 (estimate) charge on your account. If you return USPS go certified or return receipt requested or use UPS. The agent said once you have confirmation the product was delivered back to them you can call and they will process a credit.

I have heard this twice now from one of their agents so please do not simply refuse the shipment. Call and stay on the line and get a cancellation number and who you spoke with. After you are cancelled make sure you do not click on any popup regarding weightloss. If you do you may risk re-enrolling yourself and they already have your credit card/debit card information. They have so many AKA names you can never be know if its them. They are crooks and simply stealing our cash. Don't let them!!

Also, for those who were told to cancel efitnessplayhouse.com online and cannot get the site to show up..how about taking a screen shot of the error messages you are getting and printing them out. Then call and dispute and if they rebuttal you can show you had no way to cancel. That is total BS how they enroll you in this other useless service and just another way to steal your money. And this shows up on your statements as Ecurves.com. Most people don't even realize what it is. They will tell you, if you ask they are not affilitated with them. Then why when you call in and get put on hold they repeat over and over to call another number regarding that charge.

Stay strong and do not let them browbeat you saying you have to pay for the first autoship. That is not true. If you return it in a trackable manner they will process the credit. Also, please after you have returned it and know they have it back also, call your financial institutions, either through your bank or credit card. They can help you.

We are in this fight together, let's not let them win.

I wonder where all the attorney's are out their willingness to start up a class action suit. If they had any clue how many people have been stung by this advertising scheme. This is going to be big when it finally goes down.
