BCL Technologies www.bcltechnologies.com Product did not work, no refund  Internet

I purchased software online that was supposed to convert a pdf file to a word document and allow me to edit it.

It did convert the document, but I could not edit it without losing all of the formatting.  I could not cut and paste it into a new document, or get it to work no matter what I did.

I contacted the company on the same day as the purchase to tell them it did not work and requested a refund.  3 weeks later they inform me there will not be a refund even though the product did not work as it was stated.
