I bought a new CD of windows 8 that I thought was a full version from Ordered from B&D Company on amazon only to find out that it was an upgrade version, when I emailed the buyer he said all sales are final if seal has been broken, I could not return it for a different version and pay the difference? It seems that B&D Company was more interested in the $79 then a repeat customer. It was the first & last time I will ever buy from them and will most likely I'll buy from a site that has some protections for the customers.
