Beach City Dogs and Oceanside Equestrian should be SHUT DOWN! The owner Chris Libs wouldn't p*ss on your animals of they were on fire as she clearly showed during the evacuation of her property during the past fires. NO EVACUATION and total chaos of the Oceanside Equestrian side of her property. If it wasnt for volunteers horses that their owners could not get to for evacuation would have been left in stalls, pastures, and for a few days without ANYONE to feed, water, and to just check on their well being. "Horse boarding is the worst thing iv ever done. I hate everything that goes with it. But it pays the bills because I have the land people need to board their horse!!" Iv heard personally from Chris Libs the owner. 1 person takes care of all the horses and repairs and looks after the well being og the horses their 24-7 . Sadly as hard as he illegally works for Chris SOO much goes unseen or well hidden from your little tour on the golf cart with Chris while she gives you her sales speech. (She has years of sales experience as her career was a sales woman) dont let her fool you with her fake kindness an promises of the best care for your horse.

Its time the truth be told of this horrible person that hides behind a illegal dog boarding business and "so called training" the dog side of her place is for her benefit and uses customers to hold seminars, and bring in other $$ for other trainers to come and train her dogs. The other trainers WOULD NEVER come to train with just Chris but Chris has the field for a few dog sports and brings these trainers other clients. You and your dog will be better off at petco for obedience and the pool you see pictured thankfully has been drained an no longer available as my last time on her dock it was seconds away from falling apart and the pretty clean pool she false advertises was its normal GREEN bacteria infested poor business upkeep!!! She lies about it being salt water to try an ckver up the color of the water. An only shocks the pool to turn it blue for a day or 2. My dog loved the pool but we wasted time an gas so many times driving to beach city dogs to find the pool discussing. Her own dogs weren't even using thr pool. My dog ended up getting a nasty bactirera infection in,his eyes an ears that till this day I have to medicate ear infection flare ups!

Dont let the overall look of her place fool you! Watch out for large amounts of dog poop (by her own dogs) she lets them sh* on fields in the barn around the barn where you park and WILL NEVER CLEAN IT UP! You never know what your dog will catch while at beach city dogs from fleas, sickness due to unclean facility, and did I forger to menrion she is a BACKYARD BREEDER!!! 1 if that of her dogs of all 10 of them may have all their shots. She has intact male dogs an female dogs unspayed and unregistered to Oceanside. ALL OF HER DOGS ARE POORLY TRAINED FOR PROTECTION SPORTS. And becaise of her careless stupidity these dogs run off leash many,times and dog bites have happend NUMEROUS times but Chris Libs think she is above anyone an will kick anyone off her property If ever crossed......this is where the heart break truly is. Chris Libs has for years physically abused her own dogs bwhind closed doors an even openly in her own drive way in front of abyone who has ever boarded their horse there. Kicking, biting, beating them with any object she can grab, shocking them on the max levels because she CAN NOT CONTROL HER DOGS! Without physical force she can't do anything with her dogs. So she constantly screams an yells at them an doesnt feed them at times, water buckets empty or disgusting on the hottest days, poop filled runs and yards, ribs showing all thr time and dog fights are at the extremes!! Crated or shut up their whole life an only given praise or affectuob when they make her look good!!

She doesnt deserve to have animals or even own a animals business!! No kennel license for boarding. An she keeps inporting new dogs or breeding!! Don't help Chris continues to feed off your love an care,of,your own animals so she can beat an neglect her own. Its time I spoke up as she almost killed my dog while boarding! Starved to where he coudnt walk or even lay down. Eyes sunk in an smelled like he was decaying. An she NEVER even cared to check on him or even acknowledge his condition when I returned. She even was shocked I said he wasnt doing good or holding down food...."he was doing just fine the time he was here. Never any issue eating. You, must have let him get into something or done something to uoset him" as she looked,me,straight in the eyes with the look of there is nothing I could do about what had happened an the evil of blaming me for how she almost killed my dog. I only gave 25% of the truth on Chris Libs the things iv seen are only just again a small amount of what others have seen for years before me. I should have nwver waited this long to speak up but her dogs dont have a voice to get help from a life of horrible cruel abuse they receive.
