Beach Club Tanning (Beverly Hills Tan) rip-off Beverly Hills California

I was ripped off by a man who claimed to have the best deals on tanning in the area. I bought in to his lie and bought a package for 100 dollars.

I tanned once and when I returned a week later, the building was empty with a note on the door stating the location had changed. It also included a number to call to get updates as to the new location... (310-666-2672)

I called this number the next day and got a recording with his voice stating he had not scammed anyone, he was simply looking for a new location and would contact all his clients when the new location was found.

I called again a week later, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called back a minute later and the message no longer exsisted, it just beeped and put me directly into voice mail. I left a complaint and stated if he did not give us info about the new location OR our money back, I would file a complaint.
That was 4 months ago!!! (This is my complaint!)
