Gave fraudulent experience and info to obtain contractors license. Is not qualified to perform work advertised, and has no insurance to back it up. Maricopa County Registry of Contractors office DID NOT verify application.

This complaint looks to be 10 years old. Zane was the contractor who did the replacement of my roof after the 2010 hail storm. The work was to my satisfaction, and I have experienced zero leaks. He also did a repair on my patio cover that was outside of the insurance claim. All the work was great, and he has done work on other houses in the neighborhood.
I did check him out before I authorized the work, and he had a current bond and a current licence. All prior complaints were resolved. That works for me.
