I ordered from http://www.benderball.com in 2009, I received confirmation of shippment as of 01/2010. I have not ordered anything from them since and when I was in total destitute I had my cousin send me a loan to my student card; which I received 11/10/2011. After I checked my account to see if my loan was available I noticed that 41.92 had been taken out for this company. I have been trying to dispute this issue with my credit card company and they denied my claim, because they say that this company sent documentation proving that I had authorized this transation. Now, when I called the company, they told me they have no further records of any orders made by me except the one in 2010?
So, how do I win this and sue them for an unauthorized transation?
