Beaming Bright Smile Gleaming White Smile leaves you crying - Free costs you $87 Internet

I read an article bragging about how the networks carried this true story of teeth whitening. It bragged about how you can order 2 products for free trials. So I did. I ordered from gleamingwhitesmile.com and Dazzling White's website. Both stiffed me. I found over $80 charged to my credit card and when I saw that they had no intention of stopping the shipment (which had just entered their system/nothing was shipped yet), I quickly went to the next product's customer service and sure enough, I was on their schedule to charge over $50 in 2 days. They only gave 14 days for the trial and for unused portion to be returned to a city clear across the continent or my credit card would be charged.

I never remember seeing this in the 1,000,000-word terms and conditions of course and it is not obvious at all that that is the deal when you see their website ordering instructions. It is very HIDDEN. I would like to know how you get a refund from these crooks who have no intention of refunding. I had to overnight the unused portion of the trial ($20.90) to Dazzle White so that it wouldn't cost me $50 in two days. I consider this kind of customer service, COMPANY service. They don't care about their customers. It's a rip off.
