Bear Creek Auto Storage 2 Mansour Salami Shojaie the Swindler aka Fluffer of Manny's Towing Illegal Tow Racket Lies about accepted payment Reports false information Houston Texas

My trick was illegally towed by Manny's Towing to this swindlers Vehicle Storage Facilty called"Bear Creek Auto Storage #2" . Their TDLR#0607502VSF is for the business and what you need to file formal online complaints with the TDLR which licenses them through the state of Texas.

When I called the police looking for my truck on Monday Morning they looked in their database and didn't see it as being reported towed. It was stolen I was told. A neighbor gave me this clowns phone number and when I called he told me his name was Ali. My boss also called and was told his name was Mike then Edward when he called again. We were also told that cash was the only form of payment that could be accepted. 

This was a lie since the county requires all VSF's to accept credit and debit cards. Also the county requires them to report the vehicle as towed within 2 hours, not days later. Then Mansour Salami Shojaie refused to show us his TDLR card and identity with his correct name which at first he told us a different name, briefly held his card up at a distance we couldn't read it, then closed his payment window and covered it with a peice of cardboard.

When searching his TDLR we saw his TDLR # was redflagged. Also we discovered Manny's Towing is only authorized to preform Incident Management TOWS and not Private Property Tows/Non-consent tows which is one reason we know we were illegally towed. The main reason is we were towed off a public street and only the police can authorize this.

It appears Manuel Perez of Manny's Towing illegally takes people's cars off public streets and doesn't report them. Then Mansour Shojaie takes them into his VSF, falsified paperwork and lies about payment methods so he can hide this.
