BEAR REALTY BEAR REALTY OF KENOSHA HAS DECIDED TO RUING THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY OF Kenosha, Wisconsin

The owners and operators of Bear Realty of Kenosha have decided to put personal gain ahead of the interests of the Community in Kenosha, WI
Steve Mills of Bear Realty purchased 37 available lots in The Meadows at Hunters Ridge. This is a residential single family subdivision designed to have high end homes. Currently the fledgling subdivision has about 5 homes built, all valued between $300,000 and $450,000. 

The Mills family and Bear Property Management have applied for WHEDA credits and loans to build homes on these lots. These home will be exclusively LOW-INCOME rentals and required to be rental for the next 15 years and will absolutely RUIN the neighborhood as well as the adjacent neighborhoods of Hunters Ridge, NorthPointe and the ENTIRE North Side of Kenosha.

NorthPointe Condominiums is a BEAR REALTY project and the residents spent their hard earned dollars to live in a condominium in a nice quiet neighborhood. Mr. Mills is sticking it to the VERY PEOPLE who trusted him and bought from them by building properties that will drastically LOWER the value of their homes.  Tony DeBartolo, President of Bear Realty and his wife Lisa Debartolo have been a big part of the NorthPointe development and as employees and officers of Bear Realty have a responsibility to the people they have sold condominiums and houses to in NorthPointe as well.

The State of Wisconsin will review the application and have an answer by the end of MAY, 2010.  Any resident on the North Side is URGED to call SR Mills, Steve Mills, Anthony J. DeBartolo, Lisa Debartolo and any other agents at BEAR REALTY of Kenosha and urge them not to allow this in our neighborhoods. Let them know that all of the North Side of Kenosha will Boycott Bear Realty if they decide to go through with this.

All residents are further urged to CALL OUR STATE REPRESENTATIVES, Peter Barca, John Steinbrink and Senator Bob Wirch and tell them you don't want the State of Wisconsin to approve these funds. Find their email addresses and email them as well.  Tell them that we MUST STOP Bear Realty and Steve Mills from destroying our neighborhood with crime ridden low income government subsidized housing!
