Bearcountry Vacations - Patricia Anderson ripoff-fraud Los Angeles California

I purchased 2 all inclusive 8 day vacation package for Cancun, MX, through ebay. The seller was a "travel_adventures" a power seller on ebay, authorized to sell on ebay and member of square trade.
On March 23, 2005, I received a package from Fantastic Destinations with instructions to send in my Reservation Request Form within the specified time along with my deposit. I requested dates for June, 2006. Back in November, I emailed the company to request status, but no reply. Just today I emailed, but email came back undeliverable. You cannot call because they told me since they were so busy, they prefer emails. I tried checking their website and found it its gone. I did some searches on the net and found numerous reports about the company and declaring bankruptcy. I am a paralegal and ran a search through Lexis/Nexis, a legal resource and there is no filing as of yet for this company or Patricia Anderson. I was unable to find the filing of the corporation of Bearcountry Vacations, nor a dba fictitious name filing for it either. Please be aware of this problem and do not purchase from Bearcountry Vacations or before purchasing, ask who they are using to book the trip. I am finding out that each individual company named above is wiping their hands of the situation saying they are not affiliated and can't provide additional help.
