Beaute MD I did a trial offer on line. I received the product, used it and hated it! They refused me a full refund and offered me a 40% refund. I wanted to return the product for a full refund but they would not take it back. La Jolla California

 I ordered (Ayer cream) on line as a "trial offer". They charged my credit card and there were two bottles in the package. I thought that was kind of strange for a trial offer. I went to my bank today and found out they charged my account for $139.90 plus the trial offer of $4.95. Wow! I called the company and they told me I could return the product but I had to pay for the return shipping and I would have to wait 10 days after they received the product back. I absolutely hated the product. It looked like baby poop and it flaked around my eye area terribly.

Now I am out the trial offer price plus the return shipping and the actual cost of $139.90 (which I did not authorize). I filed a dispute report with my bank today and I am waiting to see what happens. I am not a satisfied customer of Ayer Cream that they advertise.

Buyer Beware of this company that offers a trial on this product. Once they get your account number they will charge it!
