Beaute Wrinkle Reducer6276 Charged me for product without my consent. North Las Vegas Nevada

My wife want to try a sample of the Wrinkler Reducer that was being promoting call "Beaute Wrinkle Reducer."  You can ask for a free sample but needed to pay for shipping.  She received the product on June 15, 2017.  On June 26th, while checking our bank statement I notice a charge of $99.95 from Bte GlowGlamour Skin CR with a telephone number.  I called the number and the lady that answered stated you didnt cancel within fourteen days and there isn't a refund.  She didn't want to talk or answer questions but offered to give her a 20% on the next order.  Refering to the fourteen day cancelation she stated in was in the terms of agreement.  I checked today when I went on the same web site to purchase another sample and there wasn't and terms for cancellation of the product.  I talked with my bank and they said they would check into even after I told them we were within the fourteen day cancellation requirement.  I than call the company back and told them I was within the fourteen day cancellation due to receiving the product on Jun 15th.  The Representative stated its not the day you receive the product, but the day it was sent out.  So technically they not even giving the full fourteen trail period.
