Beaute WrinkleReducer Ordered a sample online of Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and Beaute Wrinkle Creme for 3.95 and 4.95. Went on vacation and a memorial for my Mom in Montana. North Las Vegas Nevada

 Ordered a sample of Beaute Wrinkle Ceme and Wrinkle reducer online and paid my fee of 4.95 and 3.95. Returned from a month vacation and memorial for my Mom in Montana, and samples were here along with a charge on my visa for 99.95 and 89.95. Called company to find out what charge was for, and was told I was paying for my samples, if I hadn't called within 14 days and canceled. I explained I had been out of town and samples were not even opened and would like to return samples and have my credit card credited. Was told no refunds were allowed, but they could give me 1/2 price on future items. I said no I just want to return samples and get my money back.. They canceled any future orders but that is all they could do. I am stil stuck paying for my unopened samples. Checked on amazon and they sell the same products for half price. Was never told I would be billed if I did not call and cancel. This is truly a rip off. Is there any way you can help me?

Called company and was told the charge was for my sample, and if I didn't want to be billed must cancel in 14 days. I explained I had been on vacation and had just got back, but since 14 days had passed there was nothing they could do even thou my samples were never opened. I also looked on amazon and these same items are sold for half of what this company is charging. I told them I didn't want samples and was going to send them back Unopened but was told refunds were not given no matter what. What Can I do this is truly a RIPOFF ! North Las Vegas Nevada
