Beware of ordering this product, as they will enroll you in a program where you will receive the product every month for $100 per month if you don't cancel almost immediately!

Having multiple skin alergies, I order the 'free' sample to try for the cost of shipping and handling.  My order was placed on Feb 21.  I received the product sometime around Feb 24 or Feb 25th.  I tried it once, and had a skin reaction to the product.  So I stopped using it.

On March 9, I noticed a pending charge for $98.39 from Beautiful Skin.  I contacted the company (the phone number was evident in the prior charge on my credit card detail), and explained that I did not order any more of the product, as it was problematic.  They, being quite rude, informed me that I had 14 days to try the product and now I was stuck with the full cost of the product.

When I indicted that I would contact my credit card company, they told me that if I did that, I would initially get a credit, but after investigation, I would still be responsible for the product because I did not inform them within 14 days of my cancelation.  I explained that their web site and information was quite misleading, but to no avail.  They continued to indicate that I could not get full credit because I used the product and therefore could not return it.  (How do you know if I ma alergic to it if I don't use it).

After much raised voices, the customer service person initially offered me a 30% discount on the charge, then a 50% and finally a 75% discount.  I continually asked for  the representative's name (I felt I needed that if I was to file a report with my credit card company).  He refused on numerous occasions, kept asking me if I accepted the credits being offered.  When I would not accept (or deny), but contiued to ask for his name, he rattled off the cancellation number and hung up on me.

This is a very misleading advertisement which I would warn others about.  I would suspect that even if I had called immediatly, they would have said I was responsible to pay for the entire charge as I used the product.

Buyer....Beware............
