Beauty and Serenity Failed to honour dealfind vouchers/horrible customer interpersonal skills/makes aapointment and locks the door!!! Edmonton, Alberta

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Purchased a Dealfind voucher for 5 microdermabrasion treatments.  Although concerned immediately with the totally unprofessionsl reception service (after several meessages left) I made and attended first appt.  I wasn't impressed with the service but was prepared to reserve judgement until after another session.

Therafter, when attempting to make further appts. (four further appts. were paid for in advance) there was no response to messages left or the voice mailbox was "full".  After more than a month of trying, I gave up and requested refund from Dealfind.  Was advised that 7 days had expired so no refund from them.  (even though you can't have seven microdermabrasion treatments in 7 days, or you'd have a serious problem)

Dealfind suggested they could arrange for the business to connect with me.  Provided my contact information and received a call (albeit again totally unprofessional...could not understand the woman and then she simply demanded to know... in a very antagonistic voice... when I wanted to come in).  When I finally figured out who she was, she acknowledged the appt. date and time was good and hung up.  Two days later, I travelled 17 miles to attend the appt. only to find the business closed.  Locked and in the dark.  No call from them to explain.  And they certainly have my number!!

I have another request in to Dealfind for refund, but expect I've simply lost my money.  The business I'm sure, submits after the first visit for their money.  Therafter the customer is no longer of any value. 

Whole experience was the most negative I've had in three years of using internet shopping.  BEAUTY AND SERENITY, EDMONTON appears a totally disreputable business.  They certainly do not provide the services paid for.  I would not return at this point even if offerred free services for life.

Poor Service and Horrible customer Service

I disagree with Beauty and Serenity trying to make people happy. They do the complete opposite of what a good company does. I had purchased 6 sessions of the microderem treatment. After the first session, broke out in a horrible rash. Probably due to unsanitary conditions. I wanted a refund but they informed me I could only get exchange (great I have to go back...) so I decided to get a massage, since they could not do any serious damage with that (but who knows with them). Tried to phone many times, but they would either just hang up or the phone would be disconnected. Found out later it was their cell phone (real professional using a cell phone for your business). Finally got a hold of them, and they booked me in for an appointment. Booked off work, went and only to find their mess of a spa is closed with all their stuff still in it. Called a number that was on a poster only to find out the woman (who barely spoke english to add to this ridiculousness) that they had moved, and texted all their customers (1. no they didn't and 2. what kind of buisness texts customers? again, real professional). But they needed to rebook me. So they lost my appointment, cause I am sure they couldn't find a pen in the pig sty they call a spa and they won't return my money for seriously messing it up. Yeah they are really into making their custimers "happy". So I will be taking all action to shutting them down.

Sorry to say Ms. but the report you have filed for the micro derma voucher you got from dealfind and the experience you had is a complete lie.

firstly, your not supposed to have all dermas in a week there should be a gap of atleast 2 weeks between appointments

secondly, its never happened that we don't call or are not present, we do almost 10 micros everyday without a single complaint and have repeated customers

microderma is our best service here, please before writing this kind of feedback think twice and please dont lie just beacuse you think that you should have a micro everyday.

I would be happy to help you in the future if you ever come back.
