I was an idiot to order an introductory offer for two creams, shipping only, with a supposed 30 day guarantee. i had four small charges on two different days, then 2 weeks later a charge for $97  and a day later for $92.   i tried calling the phone number on the starement, but it is not a working number. i went  to the bank and filed fraud charges, and the next day the package arrived. i was so angry as i never, ever would authorize 200 bucks for face cream. i had to fight with them, hang up call back and finally got the RMA numbers you need for the returns. then they said they would only refund $150 of the money. A complete guarantee means complete, and i have to pay to ship it back. Christy Brinkley should be ashamed to associate her name with these products.
