The free products for just a small shipping cost is fraudulent and deceving. The small print is burried in the bottom of the disclosure they said, (who really reads these pages of legal terms? ) By returing the products, again like the other complaints the sample we got cost around $30.00 each for the two products we ordered. Plus the shipping to return the crap. On top of that I got a Eastern Indian (impossible to understand) on the customer support line and this whole experience is a nightmare. DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS.!!!
This company is a very deceptive and crooked company! Unless you go into their disclosure of all the legalities (which none of us read) you will not find out you have signed up for a auto-ship monthly product at nearly $200 per month. If you choose to send the products back without even opening them they charge a $20-30fee per product! plus charge you with getting the crap back to them. Buyer beware of all the small print in this kind of scam!

Finally got resolve

After about 15-20 calls and about 4 monts, I finally got the issue resolved.
I talked to a very nice young man (Indian I think) each time and explained to him in detail each time what was not going on. He said he would pass along the information to this superiors each time and even told me someone would call me about the refund three times (no call).
I was very polite and patient with him since he seemed to want to help each time despite the script he was reading from.
My suggestion is make sure you have the return mail number! without that you will get nothing since your not in the system as shipping anything back.
