Lured by spectacular pre-sale service I ordered $7485 worth of flooring from Beaverfloor.com 11/7/2002 with delivery estimated for early January 2003. Full purchase price paid with Visa. By 3/3/2003 failure to deliver product. Many phone calls made with no reliable information ever given, no follow up calls and no email responses. Order cancelled on 3/3/2003 - company has now failed to honor it's 30 day refund policy. They've had my money for five months and I've no product and no refund.
Charges to my Visa were actually made by Beaverfloor suppliers - Apparently, the suppliers were provided my Visa number by Beaverfloor to help settle debts they owed. These charges were unauthorized by me and actually totaled more than the agreed purchase price.
Run as far from Beaverfloor, Beaverhome , Earthfloor as you can. If you're among the many, many already scammed be relentless in your recovery efforts.
