As with everyone else here, I was too taken by the slick pre-sale services, including free samples and manufacturing videos. I was impressed by the "apparent" quality of their flooring and after much research, I ordered about $1700 woth of ash Trinity flooring.
After multiple broken delivery dates (and accompanying sob stories), I cancelled the order and requested a refund in June 2002. No problem, there would be a refund. After no check, I again called and was told of the 30-day refund policy and was given a date when the check would be cut. Again, no check. Then the story was "checks are cut on the 15th and 30th and mine would be cut by the end of the week.
At any rate, still no check and they refuse to talk to consumers about refunds as they are handled by their attorney Robert Radel. He, too, no longer returns phone calls.
These people are all scum of the earth!
