Bed Bath Deluxe Never Received Product Ordered Los Angeles California

I ordered 2 pillow covers on 11/27/17 for Christmas.  When I ordered these pillow covers, I looked on the website for shipping information to see how long it would take before I ordered them to make sure I would have them by Christmas.  The website shows that this company is in California and their shipping information shows that products ship within 1-2 business days from date ordered and typically arrive at your location within 5-7 days from the day it ships.  I order the pillow covers and receive tracking information once the product ships.  The tracking number was a China Post tracking number. 

I immediatly contact the company to find out why it is shipping from China since this is a California company.  I get a response that gives me a new USPS tracking number and says my package is to arrive between  Dec 6th and Dec 11th.  I tracked the package between that time frame and it showed the package had delivered to another state.  This was not even my package.  I contacted them again.  They gave me another tracking number and again this one is coming from China.  I tell them that I want to cancel my order at this time since they told me the package may not arrive until Jan. 9th.  They tell me they will put in an order to cancel, but it may be too late but would get back with me. 

I never heard back from them and to date I have not received this package or a refund.  When you contact them you get return emails from people who have foreign names and they seem friendly, but nothing they say adds up.  If I don't receive my refund within the next couple of business days, I will dispute this through my bank.  I feel like I have been scammed.  This company should be up front with it's customers about the fact that they ship from China.  I do not order from places that ship from China because you can't track it and it takes a really long time to deliver.
