Bed Defense deceptive, arrogant, no satisfaction San Diego, California

Called on August 27 and spoke to "Nick", badge # 421, who supposedly cancelled my "autodelivery" status and gave me a confirmation # for my cancellation. He also told me when I asked that I would not be charged anything at all.

Called again on September 5 and spoke to "Mary" and her supervisor "Travis" neither of whom would acknowledge my request for a refund of my product.  They kept stating that the "agreement" wasn't adhered to even though I spoke with "Nick" on the 27th of August and my order had been placed on July 29th which was in the 30 day time frame to call for a return authorization number. 

This seems to be a completely unreliable company and one that I would never buy from again.
