Received a bedol eco friendly water clock as a gift. clock worked for 2 weeks .they have a 30 day warranty. emailed told them clock isnt working. NO RESPONSE!! Called said to add vinegar instead of lemon juice did that didnt work. They said to call back if that didnt work to see what they could do. i did call and she said SORRY NOTHING I DO FOR U !!! please dont buy!!! THERE PRODUCTS THEY ONLY WORK A SHORT WHILE AND THEY DONT STAND BY THEM !!!!!!!!!

I disagree with your statment of customer service. I followed all the rules, followed all directions, and still have not received a new clock OR a refund. Once month after I sent my clock back, I attempted to contact Bedol again and no one called or emailed me back. This is the first time in my life I have had a negative , on-line consumer experience. What do you plan to do to fix it?

We do stand behind our products. We do have a policy of requiring a proof of purchase but we do provide customer assistance and accept returns if it seems warranted from the explanation given by the consumer. I don't know why this consumer was not offered to return the clock, but if this consumer would like to return the clock we will look into the problem and replace if it. There are many reasons why a product might not work, including reasons not the fault of the product. Please let this consumer know that we do have the option of returning the item to us for a replacement.
