I have a contract with this pool company to complete construction. They have gone through several periods of inactivity. Has been almost 8 months that they have been working on my pool. The General Contractor/owner Tim McDougall has not contacted me in over 4 months even though I have called him many times per week. The job is about 90% completed and my contact (his partner Greg) has his phone disconnected. Tim's phone works but he does not return my calls. I have paid for my pool equipment (which I have not received) and I have payment verification as well as scheduled work documentation along with the contract. He has since started new pool projects and has neglected to finish mine. I was told by his crew months ago that I could fill my pool after about 2 days of plumbing work and I have not gotten any response to my messages and I have not gotten the equipment that I have paid for. Please help!!

Im another bedrock victim

I writing because the "file a report on same company link would not work and I don't have their info such as phone and address to file a fresh report. This company ripped us of bigtime. They started by coming out to our house and giving us this fancy sales talk about their pools. We paid them to start, thinking they were legitimate. The contract said it was a 90 day job. They came out fairly quick so we started to pay. In their contract they give a structure of pay (like 80% due by plumbing, etc) They dug the hole, did the re-bar,plumbing,electrical,and sprayed and sculpted the gunnite. Keep in mind all this was suppose to happen within 90 days. Instead it took 10 months and they did this work in about 4 full days of work spread out over the 10 months. So at this point Greg told us the pool was 90% complete, so I decided to pay them off for the entire pool. BIG Mistake!!! They never came back. They never returned my calls either. They left 8ft mounds of concrete all over my back yard. They left the pool in a very dangerous condition for my two small kids. We had re-bar sticking out from all kinds of places. Rain water filled the pool and made it to where there was no visibility at all. At the time my youngest son was 5 and oldest was 7 and both barely knew to swim. So needless to say we could not leave them unattended at all for practically an entire year in our own backyard. We finally had to hire an attorney who did serve them but they did not respond. I'm set to go in front of a judge tomorrow for a judgement against them. NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. In my opinion, they should have criminal charges filed against them for fraud and their really needs to be a CLASSACTION LAWSUIT against them.

Bedrock pools has taken the steps to resolve this matter in a timely fashion! It should be taken into consideration that our summer was FULL of rainy days and Bedrock was at a disadvantage in completing my project which in turn set them back with other projects as well. I would recommend to anyone interested in a hand carved custom pool job of this type that they DO use Bedrock Pools. They met this problem "head on" and found a way to overcome a very wet rainy season. I look forward to seeing a finished product soon in time for summer!
