Bob Cope seems nice but does shoddy work.  He claims to be the best and he's the guy every home calls for repairs so he says, however, he does not repair what he does, Does not follow BOCA codes,  He left black mold under the floors, He hires guys who are convicted criminals and illegal immigrants. You'll regret ever meeting this guy even though he comes being very nice.
