Bel Canto Farms Lies, broken promises, poor business management, and unauthorized use of photos. This business is a JOKE! Wimberley Texas

Bel Canto Farms and its owner Suzanne Warmack is, hands down, the most CLASSLESS act I have come across in a long while.  

She has a horrible reputation as it is, but I thought we would give her a chance.  After spending 6 months at her facilites and being drawn in from one of her infamous Groupon Deals (that she runs any time she is broke and needs money to feed the horses) the facility itself seems pleasant.  And then we started to get comfortable and noticed things just did not add up.  Let me explain...

Suzanne claims to be extremely knowledgable in this sport, however, her poor judgement calls such as having children ride unsafe horses, ride without stirrups or reins the first few lessons, and texting on her phone while teaching all created an unsafe environment in which multiple children fell off horses and were injured. 

She talks regualarly about the "money pit" she owns and consitantly going in debt 10,000 a month and often times the horses are loosing weight due to poor nutrition. 

She has illegal immigrants working for her with random people coming in and out of the "room" he stays in, she has 10 dogs that bark excessively as you walk by and are quite terrifying actually.  She has made promises of this or that, lights, arenas, blah blah blah blah blah to try and impress people and while the things may eventually get done, in the meantime she is making excuses, that are never her fault, mind you, for why they are not done. 

She cant keep a decent trainer in her barn to save her life.  she drives everyone away and quite frankly I think she is bipolar.  She pays them late, asks them to hold $650 checks because she doesnt have the money in her account, yet spents tens of thousands of dollars on an arean and jumps.  To any intelligent individual, her poor money management and business skills is enough to make you realize not to spend your money there..Who knows when she will get so far in the hole she cant get out.. Thank goodness for her trust fund. 

While I am sure this all seems very petty and like a bit of a ramble, that is exactly what it is.  She does not operate a clean business.  She has an Ag-expempt on her farm, yet she has boarders there and I havent seen her stallion knock up a mare yet, she hasnt paid taxes on any employees or filed w-9or 10-99 for self contactors, the IRS is out for her for the past three years of back taxes..all just unreal.  She is headed no where fast. 

But worst of all, is she took unauthorized pictures of a child who USE to ride there and doesnt anymore, and POSTED THEM ON HER FB from a horse show she attended and acted as if her barn represented that MINOR child.  Does she not know this is illegal!!???!!! 

Bel Canto Farms runs groupons all the time for a reason.  NO ONE wants to ride there who knows anything about riding and running a business. 

STAY CLEAR OF THIS FARM, if you want a real riding experience with someone who uses proper judgement and doesnt try to impress you with the appearance of things, looks elsewhere.  This place is a disaster.
