Bell Canada & Sony Canada started Selling the Sony Xperia Z2 May 8th, 2014. Two serious problems have been located and Bell has no interest in fixing the problem or refunding what you pay for this defective phone. The camera offers the ability to take videos at 100 frames a second in 4K Ultra HD. If you are buying or have purchased this phone you need to take action ASAP. Inform Bell, Sony or any of your carrriers that the phone becomes very hot making it impossible to use in the 4K mode. So here is what happens. The phone gets very hot, hot enough to burn your hands. Here is the answer Sony thinks will make people go away. Sony Statement on their Xperia Blog:  "Shooting movies in high quality 4K resolution can make significant demands on your phone's processor and battery life, as well as phone memory," the company explained in a statement on their blog.  "Therefore for the best experience, we recommend you install a high capacity SD card and shoot 4K video in short bursts of no longer than a few minutes at a time."

So the Sony Xperia Z2 phone is like being sold a Chevy Truck with a defective engine. The dealer reports the problem & Ford tell the buyer ' Yes there is a problem with out engines. Please limit your driving to 1 hour a day."

This is nuts. Bell thinks that anyone who buys a phone they resell, they are not responsible to for their mistake in buying a defective product from Sony, or for that matter any other supplier. This is what I call NUTS. Try getting Bell or Sony to give you a full refund. Sony's stock is in the dumper and Bell Canada has no one to compete with.  It is no wonder that Verizon and the UK carriers have decided to wait.

Sony and Bell people want what they paid for. A phone with a camera that shoots 100 frames a second eats itself and dies.

Problem # 2 The phone is supposed to be waterproof. The phones have small gaps around the edges of the front bezel. OMG a Flagship water proof phone that has a leak!
