Bell & Pollock, P.C. Worst Company in CO...... Uncaring to Employee's and Money hungry.......IRS Should Audit, Greenwood Village Colorado
I know this name is know to most as a big law firm in Denver. Let me just say that this place is the worst place to work for, I'd rather clean port-a-potties then work for such crooks.
My hours were changed on my time sheet with out me knowing, numerous times. I was told Months after that fact that it was changed and my check was docked those hours. (I have all documented records)
I was hired as a temp to full time position. They all liked me there and Brad even told me that I was an employee and Im not going anywhere and would talk to Karen and tell her to put me on the acutal payroll. Well that never happened.
I was there from June 2012 - Nov 2012. Once I told the firm that I was pregnant, I could tell that they were ready to "give me the boot". While on Maternity leave I recieved a "letter" from them telling me that I was terminated. They couldn't even call and had to wait while I was in the hospital giving birth to my 1st child to tell me Im terminated! The day I got out of the hospital was the day I got there letter.
What they do is they hire "temps". I feel that was so they can treat them like s**t, make them work so so hard, then fire them and hire another person. I think this company has a bigger turn over rate then a call center! From the time I was there, there was at least 8 people come and gone like it was nothing. "They don't value there employee's"...... Every assistant/paralegal in that office are all females and all the attornies/associates are all males. I've see just about every women there crying or so mad that words cannot describe, for the way that the firm treats them, all but Kelly of course, I feel shes the one doing the damange.
Every "memo" I have ever recived was written by Gary's daughter Kelly and then she just had him or Brad sign it. Half the time Brad didn't even know about them or when I got these "memo" Gary would be out of town, how can he sign and write a memo when he's out of town? Kelly does not like, well anybody, but I was part of that not like list and she was always out to get me.
This "big law firm" cant and or wont even hire an actual accountant. They have an secritary that answers phones training to do there accounting. Wow really safe to have an untrained person messing with "Trush Accounts" and "Accounting", just saying. They run all there business's out of that office too, not just the "law firm" that is why I say they should be audited and see whats really going on.
I was happy at first to be working for a "big firm" such as them until I saw how that office is really ran. In my opinion Garry Bell and Kelly Bell treat employees horible, no one likes them. I feel sorry for Brad and all the other associates and I feel that once those two are gone then that firm will actually be a decent firm, but untill then, I feel that place is the most horible place to work, and the even have a case with them.
In my opinion, If you want to work for crooks and get treated like trash, rotten meat, wanna get told what to do by daddies little girl then that is the place for you. go apply now...... JOKE
