The Company offers by website a teeth whitening product solution called BellaBrite, as a trial offer for a cost of $4.87 S & H. The company offers a one week trial of product before committing to a purchase at a cost of $78.41 monthly. If a cancellation occurs on the trial offer, to avoid any charges the complete program will need to be returned to the company unopened and undamaged. If the product is returned damaged the company charges a fee of $28.41. A Free Trial product cannot be returned once the Free Trial has elapsed and you have been billed for the product.

I was charged $19.60 and when I contacted the company they told me that the charge was because the box was returned "damaged". When I packaged the small box I placed it inside of a larger, hard box and wrapped the product in bubble wrap.

I shipped the package back to the company by UPS and their comment was that they must have been the one's who damaged the package.
