Bella Radiance ageless cream answered an ad to pay s & h for test jar, was later charged full cost. Scottsdale Arizona

I answered an ad to purchase a test jar of Bella Radiance ageless facial moisturizer.  I paid almost $5. for the shipping and handling.  I did receive the cream but did not try it right away.  The only thing in the box that was shipped to me was a packing slip.  Upon  checking my account I see they charged my account $89.93.  I called them immediately to ask them to refund that charge as I had not been notified of any additional charge nor had I received more of the product. 

The person I talked to said they cannot refund anything.  I told her no where on the 1 paper I got did it say I would be charged for anyhing.   I then asked her to transfer me to a supervisor and she would not,  saying they all were the same and I would get the same answer.  I said then transfer me to anybody above you and she refused.  She insisted she could not do anything but cancel my account, but she could give me a discount on my next purchase.  I declined.  She then said she could refund 30% of the charge and again I said no, she said she could do 50%, I said no, I want the full amount refunded.  She then offered 75% and said no again. 

I finally told her I would file a complaint with better business bureau and I would post everything I can on the media as what they are doing.  I told her I need the address to your company she said she didn't know it.  I said you don't know where you work?  I asked for a supervisor name, business name and address or anyone in management I can address she didn't know.  After going round and round with her she finally said, in a mute voice that they would refund the money.  I asked her to repeat what she had said and she said my money would be refunded & it should show up in 3 to 9 days.  

I then called the bank and as it was an item still pending it could be sent back so we did so.  I then called Bella Radiance back as the bank said tell them not to run it again.  I did so and a different lady whose name I also have told me it had been refunded already.   I then told her it was being rejected by the bank so if the credit came through I would somehow get it back to them if it showed up.
