Bella Ridge owned by 1st Lake properties writes fake 5 star reviews to try and hide the many truthful negative ones they recieve from residents. What they need to do is start treating people with dignity and stop lying. No one believes the fake 5 stars, anyone who lives there knows its all a lie.
You can just look and see from reviews not only at Bella Ridge , but 1st Lake Properties hw many people they have scammed.
Here is one from Justin Ditch, a guy who NEVER has lived at Bella Ridge and is in a relationship with Lauren Ohlenforst who just so happens to be employed by 1st Lake / Bella Ridge. He was just told to write the fake 5 Star review to artificially boost their rating. These poeple have no ethics whatsoever. Stay away from them , they will likely rip you off and not think twice, just like they have so many people.
