If You live here then you will be living very close to CONVICTED CHILD PREDATORS! OffenderWatch Initiative sends these out in the mail to warn residents of dangerous sex predators. This is something they dont want to tell you before you sign the lease. This is only one of the predators. There are over a dozen near Bella Ridge Apartment complex. This is not a good place to live unless you want to live near child rapists. Definitely not safe especially if you have children or grandkids.
