 In October, I saw online an advertisement for luminous lotion for skin. They offered a free sample, for which I needed only to pay shipping charges of $5.95. I knew it was too good to be true, so I was specifically looking for what the cost of the product would be if it wasn't free. Nowhere did it say anything about how it was going to be 2 charges, recurring every month of $99.01, and $98.71.

When I tried to stop the whole thing online, when the site kept trying to add more and more products to my order, the site was gone. I did not know if I would get my free sample. I did not realize how badly I was ripped off until now, January 6, 2017 when I received my second shipment a month after I cancelled in December. I thought one phone call should cancel the whole thing. I was wrong, they have 2 charges, 2 numbers to cancel! Please investigate and close down this operation!
