Beware of a fraudulent scam played by both Bellsouth (BST) and Cingular with the help of the collection agency ERSolutions, Inc., 500 SW 7th St., #A100, PO Box 9004, Renton, WA 98057.
They are selling a plan (bundle) that does not exist. Cingular says that they know nothing about this bundle but they go ahead subscribing you.
Hundreds of dollars are at stake. They even threat to damage your credit records.
The rep suddently disappears: 'is not working anymore with the company'.
Terrible experience, mainly, because it undermines the credibility of any salesperson or technician from Bellsouth over the phone.
I do not want this to continue, not only to see that no other person suffers all this pain but to disencourage the lack of trust in others people words. This bad practice from BST and Cingular must be penalized, and we the users need help for all the damages that they have caused.
