BellSouth is a rip off. They are offering you all kind of rewards and things for switching back to them from another telephone company and free mp3 players for ordering their DSL services, and they come up with all kind of excuses for not issuing them.
I switched back to Bellsouth from Momentum Telecom on August 19, 2005 and was suppose to get a check for $100 which I never received because they said that it was not valid, which it was confirmed by the customer service representative that the switch did occur. With the DSL service, I ordered the service in September and couldn't get it connected until November because of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. They are trying to tell me that I received the player, but could not provide me the information on where, when, or how it was sent.
Do not trust those people, they are full of sh**.
