Beltsville Garage - Dennis Mabry Took my money but didn't repair my car Beltsville Maryland

On April 6th I took my car to beltsville garage because I had an oil leak. I asked Dennis Mabry could he fix the leak. He told me to leave the car and he will call me. I got the call and he said he could fix it and it will cost $420. I said fix it. He called me again and said the it looks like I need an oil pump, but he said the engine was clean. Then he gave me a qoute on how much an engine cost, then he asked me did I want to sale him the car because it would be nice for his niece. I told him no just fix the oil leak. He called me back and said the oil leak was fix, but I shouldn't drive the car because if I drove it away that the engine will lock up on me. I told him I will take that chance. Replacing the oil pump has nothing to do with the oil leak. I drove the car home and it was still leaking. I called Dennis and told him about the leak and he said bring it back. I took it back on April 10th and he said that the oil leak was coming from a nut inside the oil pan and that he will fix it because he forgot to check there. He again tried to sale me a oil pump and barrings at an addition cost of $650. I told him that I didn't have the money at this time maybe later and he said that he trusted me and will let me pay him later. I said no just fix the oil leak I paid you for. He called me and said the oil leak was fix. I picked up me car and drove it home. The oil was leaking worst then when I first took it to him. I had puddles of oil. I called him again, and he said bring it back. On April 13th I took it back, he looked at it and this time he said I needed a timing gasket cover and oil pan which cost $375. I asked him why didn't he fix that first time if that's what was causing the oil leak, and he said he had to work from the top to the bottom. I than told him that before I brought the car to him I got a written estimate on what was causing the oil leak and the repairs to be performed. It's the same thing he concluded after he took my $420.
