Real scammer, then retaliates when you catch on to him and his BS. He moves around and has been doing this since 2009, so he thinks he is invincible and can't be touched. He threatened me and trashed me without even knowing anything about me. All because I didn't believe his lies. Be ware before he tries to get you to pay him to modify your loan then goes into talking about getting you to take application fees for false small business loans! FBI needs to be contacted in your area if you I counter this creep! He needs to spend a lot of time behind bars thinking about how rotten he is to take advantage of vulnerable people! Ship him over seas then put him in the firing squad would not be good enough for him!!!!! Caveat Emptor. (Buyer Beware). Goes by a lot of alias names and uses several numbers to try and throw you off. Please Stop Him before he gets his next victim.

Dear Editor,
I received a phone call at 11:02pm Eastern Time on July 15, 2015 from (312)772-8002. Thinking it might be a friend of mine who lives in the Chicago, Illinois area I took the call.
The guy on the other end of the call told me he got my contact information from my website and had some questions for me. He talked for almost 10 minutes straight. He spoke very quickly, almost like he was on speed or meth.
He told me that he had been in the "loan modification business" and now was in the "small business loan" industry and he wanted to purchase services from my company.
When I asked him which website he was referring to, he mentioned a competitor's website. When I told him he had the wrong site, he told me I was lying. He told me he wanted to purchase a software package to automate a part of his business. I told him I didn't own the software that he was referriing to, but I could refer him to a vendor I know which provides the software. When he asked me how much the service cost, I gave him a price range and he started screaming at me that I was running a scam, and he started threatening that he was going to post me all over RipOffReport and the internet as a scam artist. I hung up on him.
This guy called back 3 times.
The 1st time he called back, I told him I wasn't interested in working with him. He started implied that he is a confidential informant with the federal government and that he had the power to have me in hand-cuffs in the morning if I didn't listen to him. I hung up again.
I didn't take the 2nd or 3rd calls.
The 3rd call he left a very long string of curses and threats, including that he would "shoot you in the mutha-fu**in face, mutha-fu**er!" and "I'm gonna rape your wife!"
As I researched this phone number on Google, I discovered this RipOffReport. When I researched the name associated with this report (Ben Nader) I found a total of 5 existing reports having to deal with this extorter. On one of the reports, there are a number of rebuttals. One of the rebuttals on the report uses the same types of threats ("Cody is a f***** n**i." and "Kill this mother f*ker.. he is a scum..")

Given that the phone number is linked to this report, and the information the caller gave me about his previous business activities being the same as those in this report, and the language I see in the other reports linked to this report, I believe this is the same guy and he's trying to run his extortion racket on me.
