Benderball SCAM - Doubles your order. Fear abuse of credit card #. Does not ship in three weeks. Poor customer service. Internet

Called to order ONE benderball. Automated service took order, then credit card #. TWELVE additional items were offered with three options for each. I denied each one. Was on the phone for 30 minutes or more. Afraid to hang up since they had my credit info. Never gave total for my order. Called two days later to cancel. They said the order hadn't shown up on their computer yet.

Waited 20 days for delivery (promised 14). Called to see status. Told it was mailed the day before. Asked my total amount. Said it was 41.00...that I ordered two. I went ballistic on them. They said it's too late. I am especially afraid of additional charges since they have my credit info. Their order phone number is 1-800 919-8659. Customer service is 1-800-601-7088. Spoke to Jefferson...no help at all.
