We needed some extra cash to help pay for our taxes. We went to beneficial for a loan. We thought we were getting a fixed loan with $400 payments. A week after we signed the contract the company closed. We are continueing to pay but our loan balance never goes down. We are paying as if it was a credit card and only paying the finance changes monthly. We will be paying this loan for the rest of our lives $400.00 a month unless we can get another loan to payoff this one. They are misleading and do not tell the truth. We are sad we got into this situation and feel violated.
